With a strong track record of developing and nurturing high performance global teams at blue chip healthcare technology companies, Chris will join Tramway in their commitment to building transformative, early-stage health innovation companies that leverage frontier technologies developed within New Mexico and the Greater Southwest Region.
With over 30 years of global experience in the medical device and life sciences industries, Chris has held top leadership roles at large multinational public and private companies such as GE Healthcare, Boston Scientific, Pentax Medical, Hitachi Medical, and others. In addition to his full-time roles, Chris has also been active in various non-executive board positions and has extensive corporate M&A experience, having led many acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, partnerships, and technology licensing agreements throughout his career. As a result of these roles, Chris is also well versed in early-stage company development and operations, including fundraising, scale-up strategy, IP, regulatory and reimbursement pathway development, manufacturing, sales, and exit strategy considerations.
